Activities & Events Manager

Create official Tides of Hope activities, missions, programs, and event albums. Once created, the activity can appear on the Upcoming Activities page and accept gallery uploads.

Create Event / Activity

One event created here becomes one official event album. Members, family, volunteers, and admins may upload photos and videos into this event album later.

How This Works

Step 1: Admin creates an official event here.

Step 2: The event is saved in the EVENTS sheet.

Step 3: If status is UPCOMING or ACTIVE, it appears on the Upcoming Activities page.

Step 4: The same EventID appears in the Gallery Upload dropdown.

Step 5: Admins, family members, and volunteers upload photos, videos, and captions into the same event album.
